Customer Actication & Deactivation
Allows administrators to activate/de-activate users on an as-needed basis. The application also allows administrator to set up a user expiry date when the user’s access login gets de-activated automatically (especially useful for guest logins).
Permission to Access
Role Based access allows administrator to setup custom rules that would restrict users from accessing data they are not authorized for.
SSL encrypted hosting of SOLVS would ensure additional security and prevent external personnel from hacking into the system and viewing/modifying sensitive data.
