  Yes. SOLVS is a web-based application that places, tracks, approves and monitors requests made worldwide.

2. How far can users drill down into data visibility?
  Data can be set up for immediate visibility as low as the individual requisition level up to total population data visibility for an entire agency and command.

3. Does the system ensure standardization among AEL-TOA – Property Book items?
  Yes. Equipment Mapping ensures all requisition and fulfillment activities by the supplies and vendors which will coincide with serial #, model #, and vendor preference as indicated on your AEL- TOA or Property Book equipment lists.

4. What accountability is available and at what data level?
  Accountability is available for all funding and contract lines, inventory stock levels in command warehouses, equipment issued to personnel, and equipment receipt tracking. It is up to the customer to configure the system to fit their chain of command and internal reporting processes.

5. Will personnel in the field (or in-theatre) need to download SOLVS to use it?
  No. they can go online and enter their specific assigned password to use the system 24/7.

  The customer owns the data.

  S.O.L.V.S. can reside on the ADS server or the customer’s server.

8. How are security levels preserved?
  All users are password protected. Their login is linked to assigned data rights, manipulation, visibility and configuration. The system is an open system which means customers have great flexibility in upgrading and changing user security levels as the internal and external environment demands.

9. Can equipment requests be monitored from requisition through automated receipt?
  Yes. Once equipment has been requested, SOLV will monitor the equipment, provide immediate asset valuation visibility by request, and check for standardization against AEL lists, document end user equipment receipt while displaying readiness reports, demand forecasting and asset tracking tables.

10. What about lost or returned property?
  Easy. Individual user assets are tracked upon receipt. No lost request can be made without a history of item receipt. The number of total items in possession is also shown at the individual level. Items can be marked as “is returnable” upon equipment configuration by mission, rank, careerfield.

11. What about equipment accountability in unit personnel transfers?
  Super users can transfer personnel from one unit to another along with all their equipment and supply assets in possession.

12. How are funding levels tracked?
  Funding dashboards capture available dollars, allocated, blocked requests, and consumed dollars by individual, unit, and equipment item.

13. Can you see total asset valuation and percentage of budget data?
  Yes. Pie charts and graphs display immediate visibility on asset data. Customers can also add additional business metrics for graphic dashboard and online automated reports.

14. Can the system be used for deployment, phased replacement and critical items?
  Yes. The system can be used at ALL levels. Critical items can also be set up as automatic approval to speed up distribution efficiencies in emergencies

15. How many warehouses can it monitor at once?
  Unlimited. Inventory warehouses can be established for any level of user (individual, unit, command, agency) and for any geographic requirement. It will work in logistical partner warehouses, vendor/supplier and distributor locations.

  Absolutely. Every user is allocated equipment based upon individual business rules by item, mission or immediate need.
