What accountability is available and at what data level? |

Accountability is available for all funding and contract lines, inventory stock levels in command warehouses, equipment issued to personnel, and equipment receipt tracking. It is up to the customer to configure the system to fit their chain of command and internal reporting processes. |

All users are password protected. Their login is linked to assigned data rights, manipulation, visibility and configuration. The system is an open system which means customers have great flexibility in upgrading and changing user security levels as the internal and external environment demands. |

Yes. Once equipment has been requested, SOLV will monitor the equipment, provide immediate asset valuation visibility by request, and check for standardization against AEL lists, document end user equipment receipt while displaying readiness reports, demand forecasting and asset tracking tables. |

What about lost or returned property? |

Easy. Individual user assets are tracked upon receipt. No lost request can be made without a history of item receipt. The number of total items in possession is also shown at the individual level. Items can be marked as “is returnable” upon equipment configuration by mission, rank, careerfield. |
