Requests
S.O.L.V.S. incorporates an entire Requisition workflow that allows units and commanders to have a measure of control over what material & equipment is being requested from ADS. Requests that are made through SOLVS must be approved by the concerned authority, before being automatically forwarded to ADS. Real-time linking between software running in ADS and SOLVS enables minimal delay in the request reaching the concerned ADS personnel. Automatic email notifications inform ADS personnel of new requests having been received that require attention.
Dispatches
Approved requests are available in ADS for fulfillment. Once the concerned ADS executive has fulfilled a request, dispatch status and information is updated into SOLVS automatically.
Orders
Orders made till date can be seen in SOLVS. User can see all the order listing with the details (Order no, customer name with address, order date, etc.).
