The ADS Prime Vendor Contract, SPM500-06-D-BP11, is a worldwide Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract awarded to ADS by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) developed to support all US Military and Federal Government organizations for the procurement of goods and services that fall within the scope of special operations equipment including products for personal protection, search and rescue operations, flight crew safety, deck crew safety, life saving, diving, and equipment for tactical operations.

All purchases are pre-approved by the contracting agency at DSCP prior to funds obligation. ADS is the contractor who works with the ordering unit/agency to identify items/services, and assist in the estimate of cost, purchase and delivery.
ADS's PV contract allows the customer to order the specific brand name product they require to meet their mission and new products within the scope of the contract can be added as they become available.
